End of The Year – Beginning of a New One

Hi/Bonjour everyone!

🇬🇧I did it! F&CK yeah! Pardon My French! Thank you immensely for your support for my World Premiere of my Solo Show “Pardon My French” that I wrote and that I got to perform on Sunday December 18th at Zephyr Theatre in Los Angeles! It was an ultimate challenge that I wanted to take and complete before the end of 2022. I know some of you couldn’t make it but I do appreciate the kind words I received by text and by email! I felt the good juju you sent me! It was a moment on stage that I won’t forget! Congrats to all my fellow Star Series Solo Show performers 💯 🎭 👏🏼

⭐️Thanks to the Soaring Solo Artist for putting the Star Series together and for supporting us by providing a platform and the tools for us artists to share our work if we are ready to do so. What’s Next?

I’d be curious to perform my show at The International Fringe Festival if the opportunity arises. Otherwise, I’ve been having a few nice auditions the past month in parallel with my crazy schedule so crossing my fingers. It is hopefully to be continued…

2022 Retrospective

My husband and I took on fostering a child this year and it was a very fulfilling and a challenging experience for sure. We had a baby teen living with us for a little more than 3 months. All I want to say is never underestimate the good you can do in this world either for a second, a moment, or a lifetime. Life goes on…Farewells are not fun that’s all I have to say even if it’s for an hopeful future.

I was thrilled to get to work on a Franco-American production for a short series. It was shot in Los Angeles and I feel like I’ve made new actor friends on this shoot. What a hoot!

My husband and I got to go back to the old world during Thanksgiving. Paris will always be Paris! Like Josephine Baker sang “J’ai deux amours…Mon pays et Paris”…It’s always a nice reset for me.

We also got to visit family in Switzerland and enjoy the Montreux Holiday Market 🎄

Fin d’année et bientôt une nouvelle année qui commence…

🇫🇷Merci infiniment pour votre soutien lors de la première mondiale de mon spectacle solo “Pardon My French” que j’ai écrit et joué sur la scène du théâtre Zephyr le dimanche 18 décembre à Los Angeles ! C’était un défi ultime que je m’étais lancé. Je m’étais fixé la fin de l’année 2022. Et je l’ai fait ! Pu$%^n! Pardonnez mon language ! Je sais que certains d’entre vous n’ont pas pu venir (ça faisait un petit bout quand même!), sachez que j’apprécie énormément les gentils mots que j’ai reçus de votre part par SMS et par courriel ! J’ai ressenti vos pensées positives ! Ce moment sur scène je ne l’oublierai pas, je vous le dit ! Félicitations à tous mes collègues interprètes du Star Series Solo Show également 💯 🎭 👏🏼.

La suite

Je serais curieuse de présenter mon spectacle au Festival International Fringe si l’occasion se présentait. Sinon, j’ai eu quelques belles auditions le mois passé en parallèle à mon emploi du temps plutôt fou donc je croise les doigts. J’espère qu’elles porteront leurs fruits…

Rétrospective 2022

Mon mari et moi avons pris en charge une enfant cette année et ce fut une expérience très enrichissante. Nous avons eu une bébé ado sous notre toit pour un peu plus de 3 mois. Ne jamais sous-estimer le bien que l’on peut apporter dans ce monde, que ce soit pour une seconde, un instant ou toute une vie. Les adieux ne sont pas amusants du tout, c’est tout ce que j’ai à dire, même si c’est pour un avenir plein d’espoir.

J’étais ravie de travailler sur une production franco-américaine pour une série. Nous l’avons tournée à Los Angeles et j’ai l’impression de m’être fait de nouveaux amis comédiens sur ce tournage !

Mon mari et moi avons pu retourner dans l’ancien monde lors du break de Thanksgiving. Paris sera toujours Paris ! Comme Joséphine Baker le chantait si bien “J‘ai deux amours…Mon pays et Paris“… C’est toujours une belle remise à zéro ou devrais-je dire à 💯 . Nous avons également rendu visite à ma famille en Suisse et avons pu profiter du marché de Noël de Montreux qui venait de commencer🎄
