Composer: Originally from the Gulf Coast, Steve Garbade moved to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music, where he studied Composition/Film Scoring. Steve played cello for the Berklee College of Music String Quartet while in attendance, but Steve is actually comfortable with any instrument that doesn’t require wind. Upon graduation, Steve moved to Los Angeles and began his career composing for numerous theater companies and playhouses. Now his focus is composing for motion picture. Transitioning to film six years ago, Steve has already composed for over twenty productions including web series, short film, and feature film. Telling stories through a series of sounds, not words, is what allows Steve to continue to develop original scores.
