Hi/Bonjour everyone!

🇬🇧Unbelievable! It’s been almost 2 years of this pandemic and now it seems like (I want to be hopeful) we can start to think about getting back to some kind of reality.

2022, the Tiger year has been generous with me and I’m grateful. I signed up with a worldwide Theatrical Agent, Spark Talent Agency. Thus far I’m excited as they push their talents to be on top of their material and their training. Wish me to break a leg with auditions and bookings!

FESTIVAL RUN

I was nominated by the Oceanside International Film Festival among other peers as Best Lead Actress for the role of Ema in Immortal Game, directed by John Freeman. The film stars Randy Davison, Rob Nixon, and myself.

John is also nominated in the category Best Art Direction. He is incredibly talented! The festival runs from February 22nd until the 27th.

DRAMATIC ARTS

Being an actor means constantly working on your craft. I also love to learn so I signed up for 2 classes as part of the dramatic arts program of Mesa College. I’m taking makeup for the stage as well as Literature to Life. The Mesa Company is about to produce The Illusion by Pierre Corneille, adapted by Tony Kushner. It’s exciting! It’s a French and comedic play taking place on US soil! Tony Kushner definitely took some liberty adapting it!

ANIMATED FILM

VOLUNTEERING

I’ve been volunteering for a few months now with the Jewish Family Service and acting as an airport guide for asylum seekers and delivering food to seniors. I try to do this once a week. It’s been an incredible experience to meet people from different countries, seeing the devotion of other fellow volunteers and helping. Check out their amazing work. THE ART OF SELF DEFENSE

My husband and I tested and passed our purple belt (intermediate level) of American Kenpo Karate which wasn’t easy to schedule during these crazy times! It was a 2 and half hour test in front of 8 senseis, including ours Master Wilson. It was a very special experience. We’ll be sparring with gear soon! *Note to myself for the blue belt: Take a protein shake before! Kiai!

Incroyable! Cela fait presque 2 ans que nous vivons cette pandémie mais il semblerait enfin que la vie reprenne son train. Oui, l’espoir fait vivre !

2022, l’année du Tigre est généreuse avec moi, je touche du bois d’ailleurs ! Je viens de signer avec un agent: Spark Talent Agency. Ils poussent leurs clients à être au top avec leur matériel et leur formation. Souhaitez-moi bonne chance pour les auditions et les bookings à venir !

FESTIVAL

J’ai été nominée par le Festival international du film d’Oceanside parmi d’autres comédiennes en tant que meilleure actrice pour le rôle principal d’Ema dans Immortal Game, réalisé par John Freeman. Le film met en vedette Randy Davison, Rob Nixon et moi-même.

John est également nominé dans la catégorie Meilleure direction artistique. Il est incroyablement talentueux ! Le festival se déroule du 22 au 27 février.

ART DRAMATIQUE

Être acteur, c’est travailler constamment son instrument et les cordes de son métier, du moins en ce qui me concerne. J’aime aussi apprendre, alors je me suis inscrite à 2 cours dans le cadre du programme d’art dramatique de Mesa College. Je prends un cours de maquillage pour la scène ainsi qu’un cours sur l’adaptation de la littérature à la vie. The Mesa Company s’apprête à produire “L’illusion comique” de Pierre Corneille, adaptée par Tony Kushner. C’est génial ! Une pièce de théâtre française et comique se déroulant sur le sol américain ! Entre vous et moi, Tony Kushner a définitivement pris quelques libertés en l’adaptant !

FILM D’ANIMATION

Une nouvelle bande annonce de Gools, un film animé pour lequel j’ai prêté ma voix pour le personnage Big Hungry One (la grande affamée) a également été partagé en ligne. J’ai hâte que sa sortie soit annoncée ! https://youtu.be/ekCW041QReY

BÉNÉVOLAT

Je fais du bénévolat depuis quelques mois avec le Jewish Family Service, Je suis guide à l’aéroport pour des requérants d’asile et je livre de la nourriture aux personnes âgées. J’essaie de le faire une fois par semaine. C’est une expérience incroyable de rencontrer des gens de différents pays, de voir le dévouement d’autres bénévoles et de pouvoir contribuer à un monde meilleur. Découvrez leur travail sur leur site. AUTO-DÉFENSE

Mon mari et moi avons testé et passé notre ceinture violette (niveau intermédiaire)de Karaté Kenpo Américain ce qui n’a pas été facile à programmer en ces temps de folie ! Ce fut une épreuve de 2h30 devant 8 senseis, dont le nôtre Maître Wilson. C’était une expérience très spéciale ! Nous allons bientôt nous affronter avec du matériel de protection !
